It is important to provide as much detail as possible. Once the completed application has been submitted and initially reviewed by our case manager, it will be sent to our Board for review. Please be sure to provide proof of residency with your completed application.
The process takes about 1 week from initial submission of a completed application to approval by our board of directors.
