Brianna and her husband Dan were building their life on the Outer Banks and expecting their first child when an unexpected event changed everything. Brianna was called to Virginia to care for (and eventually adopt) her newborn niece, Eve, who was in the NICU. Brianna remained there for months to be with Eve as a lengthy legal process delayed her newborn niece from coming home with her. With Brianna unable to work and Dan managing everything back on the Outer Banks, the stress and financial strain quickly added up. Your generosity helped them stay steady through an overwhelming season. Today, Brianna and Dan and their two beautiful babies are together and thriving.
