PART TIME BOOKKEEPER

DUTIES

  • QuickBooks data entry and maintenance
  • Payment of all invoices
  • Management of financial files
  • Co-monitoring of budget performance with executive director
  • Production of financial reports upon request
  • Tax payments, refunds and filings
  • NC nonprofit solicitation license renewal annually
  • Payroll
  • Deposits to bank
  • Take Minutes at Board Meetings
  • Attend LRC Meetings when able
  • Assist with the annual audit/tax preparation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks

COMPENSATION & MORE

  • 15-20 hours per week
  • Hybrid (requires at least 4 hours per week working in the office with the other staff members)
  • $21/hour, negotiable
