PART TIME BOOKKEEPER
DUTIES
- QuickBooks data entry and maintenance
- Payment of all invoices
- Management of financial files
- Co-monitoring of budget performance with executive director
- Production of financial reports upon request
- Tax payments, refunds and filings
- NC nonprofit solicitation license renewal annually
- Payroll
- Deposits to bank
- Take Minutes at Board Meetings
- Attend LRC Meetings when able
- Assist with the annual audit/tax preparation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks

COMPENSATION & MORE
- 15-20 hours per week
- Hybrid (requires at least 4 hours per week working in the office with the other staff members)
- $21/hour, negotiable
