The first annual Jim Tobin Memorial Dolphin Tournament will be held June 22nd at Pirate’s Cove Marina. This we be a charity tournament to benefit Interfaith Community Outreach’s Cancer Services and the Outer Banks Relief Foundation in memory of a great man and a friend to many. Registration open.
